Entering an existing world
EUSEXUA already had a language. FKA twigs had shaped the album's story and terminology, and Jordan Hemingway's photography gave that world a visual center. At Office Ben Ganz, I learned its rules and helped carry them into the release.
I was responsible for the body poster and lyric booklet. I also helped touch up the wider set of release materials, build mechanicals, and prepare the files for production.
Making the release travel
The album moved through posters, packaging, vinyl editions, booklets, and promotional material. Every format asked something different of the same visual language.
I helped make sure the assets for different distributors were bundled correctly, with the right files and editions in the right place. Much of the work lived in that translation between image and type, one format and another, and the atmosphere of the album and the realities of production.
